Not much to report. More cleaning has taken place but dirtying followed therefore the delicate balance of Lindsey's existence in any space is maintained. I curled my hair before work yesterday and liked what it did to my hair but not my fingers. I have a gnarly burn on one and a somewhat less gnarly burn on another. They were blisters but as the days cleaning continued they have taken a new form. Mostly it's just gross. Also as a part of todays cleaning I broke the bottom of the shower door clean off. That piece however is now grime free. So you see there is a silver lining to every cloud. Does anyone actually know what the hell that means? I mean I get what the idea behind it is but where does that come from? Why silver? I've never actually seen a cloud with a silver lining. Unless I'm missing something by having skipped LSD thus far. Maybe sometimes there are clouds that appear to express this phenomena. If not, why silver? and why a cloud? If you say "when life hands you lemons you make lemonade", that works. That makes sense. "God doesn't close a door without opening a window." Ok, so a window is still something you could get out of or see through. It's another opportunity so that works. WHY A CLOUD AND A SILVER LINING? Silver's not even great. It's not gold. They're saying, bad shit happens but if you think about it long enough there's some small part of that bad shit that could qualify as at least medium to upper medium good as a counter measure so don't worry about it. I guess it's all perspective in that regard but someones gonna have to explain this cloud thing to me someday. Or I'll ask the internet.
